Who We’re Looking For? We’re not looking for just sales reps—we’re looking for closers.

*** This position is a 1099 Commission Based Position***

• Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and storm outreach.
• Some Company leads may be provided.
• Conduct roof, gutter, siding, and other third party inspections.
• Educate homeowners and business owners on solutions, financing, and insurance claims.
• Prepare and present project proposals.
• Close sales and collect payments.
• Manage projects from contract signing through completion.
• Meeting with insurance adjusters and help through the claim process.
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle.

Average reps: $85,000–$150,000

Top performers: $150,000–$250,000+
