Hiring throughout the Greater Kansas City area, including communities across western Missouri and eastern Kansas served by the Lee's Summit market.

Important: This position services the Kansas City market. While you will travel locally to customer appointments, all training, team meetings, and business‑related activities are based out of our Lee's Summit office.

Employment Type: Full‑Time (W-2)

Compensation: $50,000–$200,000+ annually

Pay Structure: Weekly Pay + Uncapped Commission

Training: Paid Training Provided

Schedule: Daytime, evenings, and occasional weekends based on customer appointments

Travel: Local travel throughout the Kansas City market

Experience: No roofing experience required

As a Project Consultant, you'll build relationships with homeowners, inspect properties for storm damage, provide restoration solutions, and guide customers through the project from inspection to completion.

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, neighborhood marketing, and customer outreach.
• Schedule and conduct residential property inspections.
• Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters using company technology and training.
• Create detailed project estimates and scopes of work.
• Educate homeowners on restoration options and insurance claims.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the project.
• Coordinate with internal production teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Follow up after project completion to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales experience is helpful but not required.

We'll teach you the roofing industry.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to climb ladders and walk residential roofs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Ability to lift equipment as needed
• Ability to work a Full‑Time schedule

This is a Full‑Time W-2 position offering unlimited earning potential.
