I am presently representing an outstanding commercial finance brokerage located in Lincolnshire. Thanks to sustained growth throughout the past year, they are now seeking to enlarge their existing sales team by welcoming a Junior Broker.

This position requires a minimum of 1 years of experience of selling Hard Asset or Soft Asset to the following sectors:
Construction, Transport, Haulage, Bus & Coach, Agriculture, Waste & Recycling.

The successful applicant should possess the ability to draft credit proposals and a comprehensive understanding of the process/journey from acquiring new business to submitting proposals for underwriting.

This position involves a range of responsibilities, such as initiating new business through activities like cold calling, networking, emails, and utilising Linked In. Your role will involve overseeing client expectations, comprehending their asset finance requirements, and providing optimal finance solutions.

Over the past six months, our client has successfully established a robust Direct Sales Team. This dynamic team is well-positioned to enhance and maintain assistance for both existing and prospective brokers newly on-boarded by supplying pre-qualified leads. The position will require being in the office once a week, currently on Wednesdays. The rest of the week can be spent either on the road or in the office, as per the individual's preference or requirements.
