Security Officer - Unarmed Site Rounds

Allied Universal -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location;
Conduct regular and random patrols of hospital corridors, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and/or identify hazards or maintenance issues for follow-up;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including assisting with de-escalation and coordinating notifications to clinical staff and/or local emergency responders as directed;
Monitor access points, verify credentials when required, and assist with visitor management and way finding to support orderly movement throughout the facility;
Document security-related activities, incidents, and observations in written and/or electronic reports, and communicate updates to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision
