, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Retail/Malls, and more. Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour

• Mon: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM
• Fri: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sat: 12:00 PM - 08:00 PM
• Sun: 08:00 AM - 04:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and/or Allied Universal management.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, observe activity across the location, and assist with directing foot traffic, vendor access, and/or after-hours entry in accordance with site policies.
• Support retail and property management staff with incident documentation, customer assistance, and follow-up on policy violations, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns observed during patrols.

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
