As a Security Officer Patrol Services in LINCOLN, NE, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including healthcare. You will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help reduce security‑related incidents. • Wednesday 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Thursday 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Saturday 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Sunday 12:00 AM – 10:00 AM

• Provide customer service to staff, patients, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a healthcare location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem‑solving manner, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, entrances, and the perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and public areas, document observations and incidents, and report security‑related concerns according to site procedures.
• Support a welcoming environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and helping people follow location rules and/or visitor protocols.

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
