This position is for the school year with an anticipated start date of August 7, 2026 (183 calendar days). East High School is hiring a full‑time campus security position. The monitor will observe students and visitors entering and exiting the building, monitor security cameras, and document incidents. Additional duties include data entry and record keeping for building programs. Computer skills are a necessity.
The candidate must be professional, flexible, and a team player.
- Monitor students and visitors entering and exiting the building.
- Monitor security cameras and document incidents.
- Perform data entry and record keeping for building programs.
- Handle other tasks related to secured entry as needed.
- Maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations and de‑escalate when necessary.
- Commit to building relationships with students and work collaboratively as a team.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa is required.
- Must successfully complete training prior to the start date.
- Computer skills are required.

Work schedule:
7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.
Salary: $18.70 per hour.
