Para, Secured Entrance Monitor, 7 hrs/day, 183 days FOR THE SCHOOL YEAR
Location:
East High School
East High is hiring a full‑time campus security position. Responsibilities include monitoring students and visitors entering and exiting the building, overseeing security cameras and maintaining documentation, as well as performing data entry and record keeping for building programs. Computer skills are a necessity. The candidate must be professional, flexible, and a team player.
Additional requirements:
- Ability to work in a team
- Calm in challenging situations
- Ability to de‑escalate situations
- Commitment to building relationships with students
- Must successfully complete training prior to start date
Work schedule:
7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
Salary: $18.70 per hour for the school year.
This position is subject to veterans preference.
