• Previous experience in security, public safety, or a related field
• Strong observational and situational awareness skills
• Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently

• Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures
• Ability to de-escalate situations professionally and respectfully
• Proficiency in reporting, documentation, and incident logging
• Strong interpersonal skills when interacting with employees, visitors, and law enforcement
• Physical ability to patrol, stand for extended periods, and respond quickly when needed
