You'll set the schedule, set the standard, and hold your team to it.
This position is built for someone who wants to run something. You'll have real authority over your accounts and real accountability for how they perform. You'll also work alongside your team on post when operations require it, because we believe leaders should know the work firsthand. Site assignments are determined by the company and may change as our business grows.

- Conduct weekly SCRUM sessions with each of your officers, document action items with clear ownership, and drive them to closure
- Evaluate officer performance against company standards and complete 90-day and annual performance reviews
- Coach your team, and issue documented disciplinary action when standards are not met
- Interview candidates for your sites and make hiring recommendations to ownership
- Recommend officers for advancement, pay adjustment, reassignment, and separation
- Identify training needs, assign training through our learning management system, and verify completion
- Develop your officers so they're ready for the next step in their careers
- Maintain current, accurate post orders at each of your sites and confirm they reflect what the client actually needs today
- Review officer reports, photo documentation, and EDGE activity daily for completeness and accuracy
- Monitor fleet telematics for your assigned vehicles and address driver safety events with your team
- Respond to escalations at your sites and direct the response
- Serve as the operational point of contact for your clients, conduct regular check-ins, and resolve service issues before they become problems
- Report site performance, staffing status, and open issues to ownership
- Lead the startup of new dedicated sites as they're assigned, including post order development, staffing, and officer onboarding
Our supervisors are working leaders. You will be scheduled for officer shifts as operational needs require, and when you're on post you're held to the same standards as every officer on your team, including attendance, punctuality, reporting, photo and EDGE requirements, training completion, and communication. Post coverage is part of the job, but leading your team is the job.
