Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential property maintenance experience
• Functional knowledge of plumbing, electrical, appliances, and HVAC systems
• Valid driver's licence and clean driving background

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in property maintenance or a related trade.
• Familiarity with local building codes and safety regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular inspections of properties to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC repairs.
• Respond to tenant maintenance requests in a timely manner and ensure quality service.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory of supplies.
• Perform make‑readies for newly rented units accurately and efficiently.
• On‑call rotation with the team for after‑hours emergencies.

The required skills for this position include strong problem‑solving abilities, which are essential for diagnosing and addressing maintenance issues effectively.
