  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders, and working outdoors in varied weather conditions.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform scheduled preventive maintenance, inspections, and repairs on CNG and RNG station equipment, including compressors, dispensers, pumps, actuators, dryers, and piping systems.
  • Conduct electrical diagnostics and repairs on wiring, motor control circuits, PLCs, transducers, and sensors.
  • Inspect, maintain, and service mechanical systems such as valves, filters, heat exchangers, and intercoolers for safe and efficient operation.
  • Execute corrective and proactive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime and ensure peak system performance.
  • Maintain detailed service records, logging data such as pressures, voltages, and flow rates while tracking all work performed and parts used.
  • Ensure fueling site cleanliness, safety, and appearance, including basic surface and grounds maintenance.
  • Collaborate with fellow technicians, dispatch, and operations teams to support consistent station uptime and reliability.
  • Participate in a periodic on-call rotation for emergency response and after-hours service as required.
