Job Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance on company vehicles and equipment.
- Assist with equipment repairs and installations as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized shop environment.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in a maintenance or repair role preferred.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new tasks.
- Starting Base Pay (Based on Experience)
- Employment Progress Reviews at 45 Days, 90 Days, 180 Days and 365 Days. Annually thereafter. Each with a potential for a RAISE based on performance.
- Generous end of the year bonuses.
- Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
- Life Insurance, Short- and Long-Term Disability. (Begins 1st of the month following 60 days of employment)
- 401k with a 25% company match. (Maxed out at $2500/year)

- Some nights and weekends required.
