Field Technician

Overview

We are seeking a Field Technician to join a hands‑on team supporting the installation and setup of security equipment, including cameras and access systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in field service, gain real‑world experience, and work directly with hardware in a fast‑paced environment.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving problems, and being out in the field rather than behind a desk.

• Install and mount security cameras and related equipment
• Run and connect cabling for cameras and access control systems
• Assist with basic device setup and configuration
• Troubleshoot simple hardware or installation issues onsite
• Work alongside team members on installation projects
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment

• Entry‑level experience (schooling, internship, or hands‑on technical work)
• Interest in field service, installation, or low‑voltage work
• Comfortable using basic hand and power tools
• Willingness to work on ladders and in different environments
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Good communication and professionalism when working with teams or customers

• Any experience with cabling, cameras, or installs
• Exposure to technical or trade work
• Interest in growing within a technical or field‑based career

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE.

Pay range: $19.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Lincoln, NE.
