- Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties.
- Conduct site inspections and measurements to determine appropriate HVAC system placement.
- Install and connect refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems.
- Perform load calculations to determine the appropriate size and capacity of HVAC units.
- Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC systems and recommend appropriate repairs or replacements.
- Comply with all safety protocols and HVAC codes and regulations.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure timely completion of installations and projects.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques.
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- EPA certification is preferred.
