Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to inspect, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment, machinery, and facility systems to ensure safe and efficient operations. This position is responsible for performing preventive maintenance, responding to repair requests, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues, and completing repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime. The Maintenance Technician will conduct routine inspections, maintain accurate maintenance records, follow all safety procedures, and assist with equipment installations and facility improvements as needed.

Qualified candidates should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience using hand and power tools, and a working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and building systems. The ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and communicate effectively with team members is essential. This role may require lifting, standing for extended periods, climbing ladders, and working in various environmental conditions.
