Electrical Foreman

Electrical Foreman – Lincoln, NE (Full-time) – $6,000 New Hire Bonus

• Supervises Electricians, Apprentices and other craft workers assigned to projects
• Interprets company policies to employees, enforcing safety regulations and proper care of tools and equipment
• Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures
• Local travel as required

• Current State of Nebraska Electrical Journeyman License or NE Reciprocating State JM License
• Experience leading and training craft workers
• Ability to read blueprints and construction documents
• Successfully pass pre‑employment background check, including a post‑offer background check and MVR check
• Successfully pass a drug test when applicable per customer contract requirement
