Drywall Installer​/Finisher

Kabredlo's Property is seeking a skilled Drywall Installer/Finisher to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our exceptional apartment communities in Lincoln, NE. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and aesthetics of our properties.

• Measure, cut, and fit drywall sheets for installation on walls and ceilings
• Position and secure drywall sheets to metal or wood studs
• Cut and install corner beads
• Fill joints, holes, and cracks with joint compound
• Smooth out excess compound and sand over dry compound for a polished finish

• Previous drywall experience is required
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively under deadlines
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs.
