Lead Residential Tile Installer
We are seeking an experienced Lead Residential Tile Installer to oversee high-quality tile installations in residential homes. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, leads by example, and can manage projects from layout to final polish.
Responsibilities- Project Leadership:
Oversee residential tile installation projects from start to finish, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional quality. - Tile Installation:
Install ceramic, porcelain, natural stone, mosaic, and specialty tile with expert precision. - Team Coordination:
Guide and mentor junior installers, delegate tasks, and maintain a productive jobsite. - Site Preparation:
Prepare surfaces, including leveling, waterproofing, and underlayment installation. - Quality Control:
Inspect work throughout the project to ensure alignment with company standards and client expectations. - Client Communication:
Provide updates, answer questions, and maintain a professional, customer-focused presence.
- 5+ years of residential tile installation experience
- Strong knowledge of layout, cutting, setting, and grouting techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and follow design specifications
- Experience leading small crews
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficiency in tile laying and use of power tools
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in residential construction and masonry
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and general labor tasks

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lincoln, NE. The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
