Electrical Apprentice – Civil Division

We are seeking a motivated Electrical Apprentice to join our Civil Division. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position working outdoors on large-scale construction and electrical infrastructure projects throughout Nebraska.

This role requires Monday–Friday travel across Nebraska, with $125 per day per diem provided. Enjoy being home every weekend!

• Assist licensed electricians with installing conduit, wiring, lighting, and control systems
• Perform underground electrical work, including trenching and pole setting
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Assist with job site layout, measurements, and basic electrical setups
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company, OSHA, and DOT safety standards

• Previous construction experience required (civil, utility, or electrical preferred)
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required
• Must have a clean criminal background
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Physically able to perform manual labor
• Strong work ethic, teamwork skills, and attention to detail
