We are looking for an experienced Concrete Foreman to join our growing team. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can manage crews, maintain quality standards, and keep projects moving safely and efficiently.

What You'll Do:- Lead and supervise concrete crews on commercial and residential projects
- Coordinate daily jobsite activities and schedules
- Read and interpret plans and specifications
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to quality standards
- Train and mentor crew members
- Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and customers
- Assist with concrete placement, finishing, and related tasks as needed
- Previous experience as a Concrete Foreman or Crew Leader
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, pouring, and finishing
- Ability to read construction plans and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
- Valid driver's license
