Can you help us to provide best in class service and work with some of the largest retailers and banks in the industry? NCR Atleos is looking for Field Service Technicians.

NCR Atleos’s Field Services Team creates value for our customers by delivering solutions that build long-term relationships. Acting as a first line response to our customers, you will communicate in an open, helpful, and engaging manner with the focus being finding the right solution. You will organize, triage customer issues, and even handle some problems before they start. No matter the situation, formal training provided through NCR Atleos will allow you to provide customers what they need when they need it.

Salary range: $40,800.00 to $59,200.00, depending on experience.

• Perform customer installation, maintenance, and service calls promptly and effectively
• Service electromechanical equipment like ATMs and self-checkout systems within an assigned territory
• Perform maintenance, repair, and system overhauls
• Manage everything from network faults and traffic to configuration, security, and remote system access

• Local candidate for the specific geographic area
• Authorized to work in the US
• At least 19 years of age
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
• Meet Atleos fleet requirements
• PC skills, basic electronic skills, and operating system familiarity
• Ability to perform essential functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation
  • Prolonged travel with driving several hours per day
  • Rotating and weekend shifts
  • Carry and lift tools, parts, and equipment weighing up to 50 lbs. without assistance
  • Bend, squat, walk, stand, sit, reach, and manipulate objects of varying sizes repetitively

• Familiarity with large servers, mainframe computers, and imaging software
• A+ Certification, CompTIA, N+ Certification
• One or more years of related experience
