Job Overview

Construction Laborer position located in Lincoln, AL with People Ready. The role involves assisting tradespeople and machine operators on construction sites.

• Assist with site preparation, including digging, leveling, and clearing debris
• Load and unload building materials
• Operate basic hand tools and power tools
• Support skilled tradespeople such as carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and safe

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Construction experience is a plus
• Ability to use tools of the trade
• Able to lift 50 lbs
• Work in all weather conditions
• Must have hard hat, steel toe boots, vest, safety glasses, and gloves
• Background check and drug screening required

Hourly pay $18 per hour.

1st Shift (Day), 3rd Shift (Night), Weekends.
