• Screen installation.
• Balancing windows.

• M - F (48-hour work week), typical days will be 7 to 5 with some flexibility.
• Reports to and works directly with our Customer service manager on a daily basis.

• Previous construction experience is a must, working with or installing windows or doors is a plus.
• Fast-paced work environment, excellent customer service skills.
• Efficient, needs to be motivated, many days working alone on small repairs. Some days with a crew of 2 or 3. Most days around other subs and or customers.
• Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and documents (i.e. policy and procedure manuals), write short correspondence and memos, and effectively present information to others one-on-one.
• Ability to periodically lift up to 80 pounds.
• Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables and standardized situations.
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or related experience and/or training.
• Clean driving record.
• Pass background and drug test.
