Worcester Communities is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our team. You will perform repairs, preventive maintenance, and general upkeep to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents.
This full-time, non-exempt role requires HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair skills, a high school diploma, EPA Type I & II, and a CPO certification, plus a valid driver’s license. Strong attention to detail and reliable teamwork are essential.
