Salary Range: $22 to $32 per hour, depending on experience and trade knowledge. Overtime paid at 40% and double time after 60%.

We are looking for a full‑time skilled tradesman with remodeling experience in drywall, paint, tile, flooring, carpentry or mechanical trades. The role involves working on projects ranging from small patch and paint jobs to complete home rebuilds, focusing on construction phases rather than water mitigation. Work is year‑round across multiple locations with a consistent workload and supportive leadership.

• Remodeling experience
• Reliable and hardworking with excellent communication skills
• Provide your own tools
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to move and/or lift 50+ lbs.
• Pass background check and drug screen
• Previous restoration experience is a plus
