Relocation Offered!
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Commercial HVAC Service Technician to install, maintain, diagnose, and repair commercial heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
Responsibilities- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC systems including rooftop units, split systems, boilers, chillers, air handlers, VAV systems, and Geo Systems.
- Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance and efficiency
- Test electrical components such as capacitors, relays, motors, and controls
- Identify worn or defective components and recommend repairs or replacements
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and documentation
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system issues, repair options, and preventative maintenance recommendations
- High school diploma or GED required
- Minimum 3 years of commercial HVAC service experience
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
HVAC trade school or technical training
Compensation- This position is hourly. Yearly potential earnings between $80,000 to $130,000!!
