Skilled Construction Worker Details:

• Temporary position
• $ 24.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 06:00am to 03:30pm)

• Assist with construction of pre-engineered metal building addition on 4-month project
• Perform commercial construction work involving physical labor
• Experience in three or more trades preferred: steel erecting, concrete, carpentry, metal panels, insulation, drywall, painting, or trim work
• Operate hand and power tools, lifts, telehandlers, and skid steers
• Work independently and make productive decisions with limited supervision
• Ability to work at heights and follow fall protection requirements
• Maintain a safe work environment and properly use PPE
• Perform other duties as assigned

Skilled Construction Worker

Qualifications:

• Experience erecting conventional steel and pre-engineered buildings preferred
• Concrete construction experience including foundations, walls, and slabs preferred
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions and perform physical labor
• Must be able to lift/carry 50+ lbs and handle demanding job site tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with crews, clients, and subcontractors
• Commitment to workplace safety, fall safety, and maintaining a productive work environment
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including extreme heat and cold
