Industrial Maintenance Technician

Conagra Brands seeks an Industrial Maintenance Technician to support reliable, safe, and efficient food manufacturing operations. In this on-site role, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, and support continuous improvement initiatives. Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production and packaging equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime
• Install, repair, and calibrate industrial machinery and support systems
• Document maintenance activities and follow safety and food safety procedures
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to improve equipment reliability
• Participate in continuous improvement and root-cause analysis initiatives
