Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing is seeking a Journeyman Plumber to perform residential and light commercial service in the Omaha metro area. In this role, you'll diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems including water heaters, fixtures, piping, and drains while following all safety and code requirements. You'll interact directly with customers in their homes, explain findings and options, and provide clear, respectful service.

Work includes troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and small install projects. Join a customer-focused, professional team with steady local work and opportunities to grow your technical skills.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
  • Install and replace water heaters, fixtures, piping, and related components
  • Perform preventive maintenance and small plumbing installation projects
  • Ensure work complies with local plumbing codes and safety standards
  • Use plumbing tools, testing equipment, and materials correctly and safely
  • Communicate findings, options, and pricing clearly to customers
  • Maintain clean, respectful work areas in customer homes and businesses
  • Complete work orders, documentation, and parts usage accurately
  • Collaborate with dispatch and team members to manage daily schedule
  • Participate in ongoing training to maintain technical proficiency
