Aksarben Heating, Air Conditioning, and Plumbing seeks a Master Plumber to lead residential and light commercial plumbing work across the Omaha metro area. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing plumbing systems, installing water heaters, fixtures, and piping, and ensuring code-compliant work. The Master Plumber will mentor apprentices and technicians, uphold strict safety and cleanliness standards in customer homes, and provide clear, respectful communication.
This role offers steady local work, collaboration with an HVAC service team, and opportunities to grow technical expertise on diverse plumbing systems.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair residential and light commercial plumbing issues
- Install and replace piping, fittings, fixtures, and water heaters
- Ensure all work meets local plumbing codes and safety standards
- Perform system inspections, maintenance, and leak detection
- Provide clear, professional communication with customers
- Maintain clean, respectful work areas in customer homes and businesses
- Lead and mentor apprentices and junior technicians
- Coordinate with HVAC team on combined system projects
- Document work performed and material usage accurately
- Participate in on-call or emergency service rotations as needed
