Generally, responsibilities include filling in for the Building Crafts/Paint Superintendent during their absence. Fudiciary responsibilities in ordering supplies within budget and keep inventory of materials and collaboarate with other departments to read blueprints, estimate labor and material cost for projects.

The operation of high reach trucks, scissor lifts and forklifts.

Also, responsible for scheduling work orders through the TMA System. Additionally,this position is responsible for employee's time and attendance through the CORE System and attend staff and project meetings.

Hourly pay rate $44.61
