Dillon's Auto Service Center – Lincoln, NE.
$35–$40/hour Based on Experience & Skill.
Dillon's Auto Service Center is looking for an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician to join our team.
We're looking for someone who knows what they're doing, takes pride in their work, shows up ready to work, and gets things done. If you're the type of technician who likes to diagnose problems, fix them correctly, stay productive, and go home knowing you did a good day's work, we'd like to talk to you.
What We Offer:- $35–$40/hour
, based on experience and skill. - Higher compensation may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
- Hourly pay with the option to discuss commission/flat-rate for the right technician.
- Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM.
- No weekends — we're closed Saturday and Sunday.
- Fully heated and air-conditioned shop.
- We keep the shop comfortable — typically in the low 70s during the summer.

We provide six paid holidays:
- New Year's Day.

When a holiday falls on Saturday, Friday is observed as the paid holiday. When it falls on Sunday, Monday is observed.
Paid Time Off:- After 1 year:
40 hours. - After 2 years:
80 hours. - After 5 years:
120 hours.
We want a true A-level technician who can work independently and take ownership of their work.
The right candidate will:- Have strong diagnostic and mechanical skills.
- Be able to accurately diagnose problems rather than simply replace parts.
- Be comfortable working on modern vehicles and using diagnostic equipment.

- Have their own professional hand tools.
- Diesel Experience.
- Diesel experience is strongly preferred.
Our inventory includes a good number of diesel pickup trucks, so we would love to find an A-level technician who is already comfortable diagnosing and repairing diesel trucks.
If you're an excellent automotive A-tech who wants to continue developing your diesel skills, we'll consider you as well. However, we're looking for someone who already has a solid foundation in diesel diagnosis and repair
—not someone starting from scratch.
We're a small, three-technician shop with 13 bays/lifts
, which means you aren't fighting for space or waiting around for a lift.
We have the specialty tools you need, a comfortable climate-controlled shop, and a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends
