POSITION SUMMARY
Provides a variety of support services to homeless or near-homeless Veterans affected by mental illness; assists in coordinating services and communication among specialists and CNCAP; provides financial assistance for eligible persons; identifies and accesses resources; seeks to expand program and resources independently and confidently; promotes and maintains public relations; and completes forms accurately and timely. Provides case management, and assists in recruiting and enrolling Veterans into the H.E.L.P. program.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESMonday-Thursday: 7 am - 5 pm or Flexible
REPORTS TOSSVF/SSG-Fox Coordinator
JOB STATUSFull-Time, 40 hours per week
PAY$19.50-$20.50 (depending on qualifications)
