Two exciting opportunities have arisen within the City of Lincoln Council's Housing & Investment directorate as a Domestic working within our Supported Housing - Independent Living Team. You will be working to provide domestic cleaning services across our city-wide Independent Living Schemes.

You will be working 20 hours per week over 5 days, Monday to Friday each week.

Successful applicants will have the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people, provide excellent customer service and be able to work successfully in a team environment as well as alone.

You will need the ability to transfer yourself within and beyond the city boundary as required.

Key responsibilities:

Work under the general direction of the Independent Living Team Leader to:

* Undertake general cleaning and associated duties within all communal areas of designated schemes.

* Assist the Independent Living Co-ordinators with conducting social activities arranged for the tenants in the common room of designated schemes.

* Ensure that the communal areas of Independent Living Schemes are kept in a safe and comfortable environment for residents and their visitors.

* Provide relief shift cover to schemes as required for absences.
