Pre‑Trial Case Management is a valuable resource for making a significant improvement in our criminal justice system. Pre‑Trial case management is provided in the early stages of the criminal case process. It allows defendants to be released to the community prior to their sentence so they may continue to work, receive services to help change behavior, and it also helps lower the number of inmates in the Lancaster County Jail.
