• Operate effectively in Linux environments for deployment, debugging, and support.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in design, coding, testing, and documentation.

• Promote a strong engineering culture focused on first‑time‑right execution and zero defects in production.
• Work closely with architects, product owners, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to planning, estimation, and delivery.

The base salary range for this position is $92,250 to $109,250 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.
