Compensation: $120,000-$150,000+ DOE

What You'll Do
  • Design, develop, and support scalable full-stack enterprise applications.
  • Lead solution architecture initiatives across interconnected systems and services.
  • Drive platform modernization and technical improvement efforts.
  • Design and implement REST APIs and enterprise integrations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external technical teams on integrations, SSO, and platform connectivity.
  • Partner with analytics and data science teams to support deployment and operationalization of data models and insights.
  • Mentor developers and contribute to engineering best practices.
  • Participate in Agile development, architecture reviews, and technical planning.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of software engineering experience in production environments.
  • Strong full-stack development expertise.
  • Experience designing enterprise-level solution architectures.
  • Strong Java/Spring development experience.
  • Experience with Node.js and React.
  • Deep understanding of API design and integration patterns.
  • Experience with JSON, SOAP, XML, and WSDL-based integrations.
  • Experience building integrations across multiple business systems.
  • Experience working within AWS-hosted environments.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting HR technology ecosystems.
  • Experience integrating HRIS, ATS, CRM, or ERP platforms.
  • Experience working alongside Data Science or Analytics teams.
  • Familiarity with Snowflake, Python, and Streamlit.
  • Experience leading platform modernization initiatives.
  • Experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership.
