Lincoln Southwest High School is seeking a Varsity Head Coach to lead the Girls Wrestling Program
.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator and organizer who can foster positive and productive relationships with student-athletes, families, and the community. Candidates should demonstrate both a comprehensive knowledge of wrestling and the ability to provide quality instruction in fundamental skills.

Responsibilities include:

• Leading and enhancing the ongoing development of the wrestling program.
• Providing qualified leadership and mentorship to student-athletes.
• Inspecting, maintaining, and managing program equipment and inventory.
• Reporting contest results in a timely manner.
• Knowing, implementing, and enforcing national, state, and local athletic policies.

The successful candidate must have a strong belief in the value of education-based athletics and place a high priority on the growth and well-being of the student-athlete.

This position is subject to a veterans preference.
