StarTran Field Supervisor

We're seeking a proactive and experienced Star Tran Field Supervisor to dispatch and supervise daily bus operations. This role will ensure service reliability, support frontline staff in delivering safe, efficient, and customer-focused transportation, and maintain daily and monthly operational records. THIS SAFETY SENSITIVE POSITION IS SUBJECT TO MANDATORY DRUG TESTING POLICIES AS A CONDITION OF EMPLOYMENT.

8-hour shift to be determined. Hours vary 4:00am-10:00pm, Monday - Friday with a rotating Saturday.

• Graduation from high school or equivalent
• Two years of experience in a transit system or any equivalent combination of training and experience that provides the desirable knowledge, abilities and skills.

When providing behind the wheel training, the employee is required to hold a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) of the same or higher class and with all endorsements necessary to operate the vehicle for which training is to be provided and has at least two years of experience driving the vehicle requiring a CDL of the same or higher class and/or the same endorsement.
