JETS Transport Express is the premium road transport provider to the aviation industry. As an Operations Clerk you will be responsible for ensuring daily and weekly booking capacity is effectively managed while delivering high‑quality customer service. Duties include handling phone calls and customer enquiries, responding to emails, and accurately creating connotes for airway bill bookings. The position also involves maintaining transport documentation, verifying system charges, and ensuring freight accuracy. Regular liaison with truck drivers on the docks is required when manifesting freight and coordinating truck movements.

You will also enjoy working with a group of individuals and be motivated by the prospect of working within a team to achieve goals. You’ll have -

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience within the transport and logistics industry
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Office, Excel and Power Point
• The ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement
• A confident and proactive approach, supported by strong time‑management and organisational skills
• Proven ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and maintain exceptional attention to detail
• The ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and processes
• Flexibility to work across a 7‑day rotational shift roster
