Overview
This position starts & ends in Lincoln! (most are home daily)

Responsibilities- Regular Mon-Fri Route: work 4-5 days per week, 40-50 hours per week, with routes starting early (approximately 4:30am–5:30am). End times vary by order size. Responsibilities include loading/unloading, reading and scanning delivery tickets, client interaction to place products, obtaining signatures, and building relationships with repeat customers. Longer routes aim to average about 45 hours per week with occasional 5-day weeks.
- Day Backhaul Route: depart Lincoln at 4am with an empty trailer to a remote location, load and deliver back to Lincoln. This is an hourly position; you are on the clock from departure to return.
- Early Morning Key Account Overnight Route (Mon & Tue, Thu & Fri): starts at 1am, ~10-12 hours per day, two 2-day routes with overnight stays; includes $40 per diem per overnight stay and fewer but heavier deliveries.
- Regional OTR CDL Drivers (4-6 days out):
Kearney-based, no-touch; typically out 4-6 days, back 1-2 days, sleeper cab governed at 70 mph, paid by mile ($.63), ~2k-3k miles/week, possible detention and layover pay, $40 per diem per overnight stay, PTO and holiday pay. - Early Morning Key Account Route (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Sat): starts at 12am, ~9-10 hours per day, delivering to large accounts with standard duties of loading, delivery, signatures, and customer relationships.
- Early Morning Key Account Route (Mon/Tues/Thurs/Fri): starts at 1am, ~8-9 hours per day, similar duties with heavier loads.
- Lincoln Shuttle (requires doubles): shuttling two empty trailers Lincoln↔Kearney, two full trailers back to Lincoln, typically 6pm–4am on Sun–Thu (start times may vary).
- Other routes vary by schedule and location. Some routes may require two people on the route (one CDL driver and another as trainee or lumper).
- Ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 100 lbs

- Current CDL, or ability to obtain within 3 months
