Paid Training Program (4–6 Weeks)

Paid Orientation – $300

OTR and Regional Opportunities Available

Dry Van, Reefer, and Flatbed Freight

Modern Fleet with Automatic and Manual Trucks

Consistent Miles and Freight

Transportation Assistance to Orientation

Hotel Accommodations During Orientation

Medical Benefits Available After 30 Days

Opportunities for Pay Growth and Career Advancement

• Weekly training pay: $650–$900 (varies by terminal)
• Post-training pay: $0.45–$0.60 CPM
• Paid loaded and empty miles
• Regular pay increases based on experience and performance
• Average of approximately 2,500 miles per week

• Orientation lasts up to 2 days
• Multiple orientation locations available
• Travel reimbursement available with receipt
• Lodging provided during orientation

• Valid Class A CDL
• Recent CDL school graduates encouraged to apply
• Ability to travel and stay on the road for extended periods
