Hotshot Driver

Performance Food Group is seeking a safety-focused Hotshot Driver to support our Food & Beverage Operations within the Transportation & Logistics team. In this role, you will operate light to medium-duty trucks to deliver time-sensitive food products to restaurants, schools, healthcare, and retail customers.

Responsibilities include safe vehicle operation, pre/post-trip inspections, accurate loading and unloading, temperature-sensitive product handling, and maintaining delivery documentation. You will follow assigned routes, adapt to traffic and customer needs, and provide courteous, professional service at each stop.

As part of PFG’s performance-driven, customer-centered culture, you’ll work closely with dispatch and warehouse teams to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries while upholding rigorous safety and food-handling standards. This position offers exposure to fast-paced logistics and supply chain operations, along with opportunities for skills development and advancement across PFG’s nationwide network.
