Job Summary:

The Transportation Coordinator at Emerald Nursing & Rehab Lancaster is responsible for safely and efficiently supervising the transport residents to and from appointments, activities, and other destinations as required. This role ensures that residents receive timely, reliable transportation while maintaining the highest standards of safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Resident Transport:
  Safely transport residents to medical appointments, therapy sessions, social activities, and other destinations as needed.

• Schedule appointments, Scans, Bank visits, and other meetings as needed for all residents.

• Provide excellent customer service to residents, staff, family members of residents and businesses you are setting up appointments with.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver’s License:
  Must possess a valid Nebraska driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Experience:
  
  Previous experience in scheduling preferred.

• Physical Requirements:
  
  Ability to lift and assist residents as needed and to handle physical tasks related to vehicle operation and maintenance.
