Sigma Inc is hiring a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Worker for an onsite role in Lincoln, NE. This position is ideal for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, material handling, forklift operation, and safety compliance. The Warehouse Worker will support daily warehouse activities, including loading, unloading, inventory handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

• Load, unload, move, and deliver materials within or near the worksite

• Operate a forklift or other material-handling equipment (training provided; must pass test)

• Count, weigh, and record materials or containers accurately on required forms

• Pick, fill, and package orders; load trucks and move stock within the warehouse

• Transport materials to and from production or storage areas

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and organization, including sweeping floors and cleaning spills or debris

• Follow all safety, environmental, and operational procedures

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly

• Ability to pass a forklift training and certification test

• Excellent punctuality, attendance, and reliability

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to follow oral and written instructions, short correspondence, and memos

• Comfortable working independently and in team environments

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Basic math skills, including counting and weighing

• Knowledge of and compliance with warehouse safety guidelines

• Steel-toe shoes required at all times

• Adherence to all safety and environmental procedures is mandatory
