Job Description:
Location: Lincoln, Nebraska
CoWorx is seeking a Data Center Warehouse Associate to play a critical role in the efficient operation of our growing data center environment in the Lincoln, NE area.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting, enjoys hands‑on work, and has experience with inventory management, shipping and receiving, and warehouse operations.
As a Data Center Logistics Associate, you’ll help ensure that critical equipment and materials are received, tracked, stored, and delivered accurately while supporting server rack assembly and installation activities.

Shift: 1st, 2nd, 3rd shift weekdays and weekends.
- Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming inventory, including server racks, trays, networking equipment, and other hardware
- Maintain inventory records and ensure proper documentation of all received and shipped materials
- Conduct routine inventory audits and cycle counts
- Investigate and reconcile inventory discrepancies
- Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with vendors and carriers
- Prepare shipping documents, labels, and packaging for outgoing shipments
- Unload, unpack, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries
- Move inventory using manual handling techniques and material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, while following safety procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Organize storage areas and shipping/receiving docks
- Assist with the disposal of packaging materials and decommissioned equipment
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Adhere to data center security requirements and access controls
- Maintain compliance with operational and safety standards
- Partner with data center operations, procurement, and technical teams to support inventory and logistics requirements
- Assist with special projects and operational initiatives
- Perform additional duties as assigned while maintaining a focus on quality, efficiency, and safety
- Assist with the installation and setup of computer server racks
- Assemble server racks following diagrams, procedures, and work instructions
- Safely use hand tools and equipment required for installation tasks
- Support cable management and rack organization activities alongside senior technicians
- Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials, including server trays and server racks
- Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift
- Ability to safely operate powered equipment used to position and move heavy server racks in accordance with established safety guidelines
- Familiarity with proper lifting techniques and material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast‑paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Professional, positive, and safety-focused attitude
- Flexibility to work overtime as needed
