We're looking for a motivated, hardworking individual to join our team as a Warehouse Associate at our brand new, state-of-the-art Lincoln Manufacturing Center. This is an opportunity to get in on the ground floor of an exciting new facility!

Hours for the position are Monday-Friday, 6am-2:30pm.

Earn up to $27.40 per hour.

Starting pay: $22.00 per hour + DOE

Annual bonus potential: up to $5,000 per year

That equals about $2.40 per hour in additional earnings

Total earning potential: $27.40/hour

What you'll do

Your responsibilities will include:

Move freight, stock and other materials and track numbers of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.

Pick and pack materials in accordance with SOP (Standard Operating Procedures).

Record number of units handled or moved, using daily production sheets or work tickets.

Stage finished service orders in correct staging lanes.

Pick items correctly via pick ticket or other warehouse management devices.

Package items for shipment to ensure damage is minimal.

Responsible for meeting specified metrics for daily shipments.

Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.

Requirements

Must possess high school diploma or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Must be able to navigate a warehouse management system.

Able to be forklift certified within 14 days of hire.

Must be able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
