Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Securitas Technology seeks a detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk to support our electronic security and life safety operations. You will receive, inspect, and verify inbound equipment, prepare and pack outbound shipments, manage inventory transactions, and maintain accurate records in warehouse and ERP systems. Collaborating with technicians and project teams, you'll ensure timely, accurate delivery of security components to client sites. This role requires strong organization, basic computer skills, commitment to safety, and teamwork in a fast-paced, technology-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming electronic security and life safety equipment against purchase orders.
• Prepare, pack, and label outbound shipments to technicians, branches, and customer sites.
• Record all material movements accurately in ERP or warehouse management systems.
• Organize, store, and track inventory, performing regular cycle counts and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with project managers and technicians to ensure timely availability of materials.
• Maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment in line with company safety standards.
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and carrier labels.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (where certified).
