* Prepare and enter journal entries into Oracle accounting program
* Perform month end tasks for closing
* Reconcile general ledger accounts
* Interact with various other departments within the Casino
* Cross train with other staff accountants
* Document and improve internal controls and processes
* Process all W-2G forms
* Perform other duties as assigned by manager
Working Conditions:
* Work is performed in a climate- controlled environment, either alone or with others
* Exposure to paper and/or dust particles
* Subject to outdoor temperatures
* Exposed to smoke, bright lights, and noise
* Operation of various machines and equipment including, but not limited to, shredders, copiers, laminating and binding machines and computer equipment
License Requirements:
Rhode Island Department of Business Regulation Gaming License
Target Salary Range: (55,000)
